Activity: 08.03 - Fortify Organizational Change
The objective of this activity is to assess the change adoption rate and further strengthen the change. This helps to understand if the change institutionalization is progressing as intended and is delivering the expected benefits. This is done by collecting feedback on change from relevant stakeholders, identifying gaps (if any) and implementing corrective actions.

Description

The primary intent of this activity is to re-enforce the change, if the extent of change adoption across stakeholders is not as expected.

The core effort of this activity is to evaluate the extent of change adoption by stakeholders and validate if the change is aligned to its vision. For this evaluation, the Organizational Change Lead would need to carry out a feedback drive within the stakeholder community. Once the feedback is collated, analysis needs to be done to check if the outcome of the change meets its expectation. In case of gaps between the actual and the expected, root cause analysis should be done and appropriate corrective and preventive actions should be proposed and implemented to reinforce the change.

Once the change is successfully rolled out, the Run teams must also be ramped up with the change in order to render the teams effective from day one.
